You'll hear from us a few times while you wait with great ways to build anticipation and get ready for month one!

Welcome to Bodhi Band

The beginning of the rest of your story starts NOW. Bodhi Band is a holistic program with a syllabus carefully designed to teach the four pillars of a fulfilling life – perspective, self-awareness, connection, and contribution.

You'll start by establishing baselines. Then you’ll explore a new vision for your life and begin to build the skills to get you there. Along the way you’ll feel more confident and contented.

Ultimately you’ll be contributing to the world in a way that fills you with joy and fulfillment.

You should start receiving email alerts regarding when your bands ship. You should also start seeing text messages. Those are considered a big part of our program. Expect regular advice, words of encouragement, and more as you go through your journey. (Standard rates apply.)
