Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel any time. You can do this through your online account or by emailing us at cancel@shopbodhiband.com. We will process your cancel within 5 business days, but will honor the cancel as of the request day. Upon processing your cancel, you will no longer be billed for Bodhi Band. There is no cancellation fees or penalties of any kind.
Reinstatement
Should you wish to reinstate your membership (and pick up where you left off), you may do so any time by writing into us at main@shopbodhiband.com.
Returns
Upon cancelling, you may specify that you wish to also do a return. We have a 30-day return policy, so you may only effectively return your most-previously-received product. You may cancel your subscription any time during any month of the program and we'll cancel you within 5 business days and refund your most recent payment.
To be eligible for a return, you must have previously been a member in good standing (all previous payments were made).
To start a return, you can contact us at main@shopbodhiband.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Only the most recent month's band must be returned – all previous months may be kept.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your band upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want to make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you're simply looking for an address or phone number change, simply write us and we'll make that change to your existing membership.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
