Shipping policy

We ship via USPS to all locations in the US for a flat rate.

As we always ship on the 20th of the month for your product to arrive in time for you to begin the program on the 1st of the month, there is no need to offer rush shipping.

Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping to the United States at this time. If you make a purchase and live elsewhere, we will issue you a refund.
