With the one-month challenge, you will get in touch with the four key areas of your life that need to be in balance. You'll also introduce a daily ritual which is great for all four!

ZEN GARDEN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Apply stickers to the outside of your box. Alternatively, you could decorate the inside drawer if you wish to display it.
  2. Fill your box with the sand provided.
  3. Place rocks. You can place them all together or far apart. Take some time to think about what you’d like the stones to represent and how it will affect your sand patterns, but don’t think too hard!
  4. Create your sand pattern with the mini rake. This is a great mindfulness practice. It can ease the mind when you need to destress or process your thoughts. (This is the best part.)
  5. You may place it somewhere to start/end your day with a clear head.
  6. REPEAT! Change the rock placement, add and remove decorations, try new sand colors... The possibilities are endless!
